Robertson Trade Is Off

According to Fox Sports, the deal that would have sent Dewayne Robertson to the Cincinnati Bengals for two draft picks has been scuttled, presumably because the Bengals could not agree on a contract extension with the defensive tackle.

Earlier today, it looked as if Robertson would be following Jonathan Vilma out the door, however, now it appears Team Tangini will have to look elsewhere if they’re set on shipping out the former fourth overall pick.
