Ding-Dong, Zeke Is Dead

According to the Journal News’ Mike Dougherty, the Knicks have schedules a 5 p.m. conference call to announce that Isiah Thomas will be removed from his position as head coach.

According to the report, Zeke will likely stay within the organization, but in an invisible capacity.

Early candidates to replace Thomas include former-Knicks Mark Jackson and Herb Williams, and former-Bulls coach Scott Skiles.

What else is there left to say? It’s a long-overdue end to a very ugly era.
