all adding koufos would do is give the nets another kristic which more upside and they already have one. it happens that you did mention the player they actually need in the draft which is florida’s mareese speights. i hate talented kids who dont put in much effort but if ur looking for bulk down low and a post game, speights is where ur gonna find it.

agree on bill walker, but totally and completely disagree on koufos. koufos could be a good player but saying he has any semblance of an nba level post game is absurd to put it lightly. he was a jump shooter in college and will continue to be one in the pros. expecting him to throw one down on perk or bosh is ridiculous because he never will.

I couldnt agree more, Phil. It would be a huge mistake for the Nets to deal for Melo. Being very familiar with college basketball and the draft I happen to agree strongly with your choices of picks for the Nets. Each of those players would fit perfectly into the Nets style of play.
