		<description>the best plan for the garden, by far, was to gut the old post office on 8th avenue and build the new MSG inside of it.  that building is so classic and epic, it would&#039;ve been great to walk in there to attend a sporting event.  the plan would have called for the existing garden to be demolished as well, allowing Penn Station to expand upward and let some light into that dungeon.  great for all involved.  too bad, as usual, no one in this city can get their sh* together.</description>
