updated: Bill Madden is reporting that the deal is for $180 million and includes a $5 million signing bonus and a full no-trade clause.
ESPN’s Buster Olney is reporting that free-agent first baseman Mark Teixeira has reached an agreement with the New York Yankees on an eight-year contract worth more than $170 million.
