Teams with four games this week: Chicago, Detroit, Miami, Milwaukee, New Jersey, New Orleans, New York, Oklahoma City, Phoenix, Portland, Toronto, Utah

1105Guards

Mardy Collins (Clippers)- Collins has scored at least 15 points in his past four games as a starter and has averaged 4.8 assists and two steals per game in that span. Since January 4th the ex-Knick has played at least 35 minutes per game mostly due to all the injuries on the Clippers roster. Baron Davis missed the game against the Suns yesterday and the Los Angeles Times reported that he could be out several days.

Von Wafer (Rockets)- Wafer has converted 13 three-pointers in his last six games. During this span as a starter  he is averaging 15 points, shooting 58% from the field, 1.3 steals and 28.5 minutes of playing time per game. Tracy McGrady is expected to be out two weeks with a sore knee which means more playing time for Wafer.

Forwards

Brian Skinner (Clippers)- Skinner has averaged 8 points and 7.3 rebounds in his past three games. Yesterday against the Suns he blocked three shots and had three steals in a season high 39 minutes. With all the injuries the Clippers have sustained he is a good source for FG %, rebounds and blocks.

Rodney Carney (Twolves)- Carney scored a season high 22 points on Friday including four three-pointers in a season high 30 minutes. The game before that he had 14 points, two steals a block in 26 minutes. Rashard McCants has received  less playing time under Head Coach Kevin McHale and has a DNP in three of his past five games.

Centers

Antonio McDyess (Pistons)- McDyess is averaging 12.3 rebounds and has at least one steal in his past four games. Even though he as played 23 minutes or fewer in three of these games he is a key contributor off the bench. Rasheed Wallace has missed four games this month with a foot injury.

Nenad Kristic (Thunder)- Kristic played his first game of the season on January 7th and scored six points and grabbed five rebounds in 14 minutes. The ex-Net has blocked at least two shots in three straight games and attempted 10 shots from the field last Friday.
