Guards
Brandon Rush (Pacers)- Rush has scored in double-figures in five straight games and has started the past four. He has scored 29 points in each of his last two games while making five three-pointers. As a starter he also has averaged seven rebounds and shot 51% from the field. G Marquis Daniels could miss the rest of the season with an injured wrist.
Anthony Morrow (Warriors)- Morrow has scored 23.5 points and made seven three pointers his past two games. He is shooting a league best 49.6% from behind the arc and has made at least one three pointer in 14 his last 17 games. G Stephen Jackson is expected to miss the team’s final nine games with an injured toe.
Honorable mention: Gilbert Arenas (Wizards)…Not playing back to back games or away games
Forwards
Rodney Carney (Timberwolves)- Carney has scored in double-digits in four of his past five games. He set a career-high with seven three-pointers made vs. the 76ers last Wednesday. The third-year player has scored over 19 points three times this month.
Anthony Randolph (Warriors)- Randolph pulled down a career high 14 rebounds against the Nuggets yesterday. The rookie has scored in double-figures in three straight games and has started the past two. In this span he has 29 rebounds, nine blocks and five steals.
Honorable mention: Kyle Korver (Jazz)
Centers
Jeff Foster (Pacers)- Foster pulled down a season high 18 rebounds against the Bulls last Saturday. He has started the past three games and has averaged 14.3 rebounds and 1.6 blocks. Foster has been filling in for F/C Troy Murphy who is sidelined with a knee injury.
Dan Gadzuric (Bucks)- Gadzuric posted his third double-double of the season against the Heat yesterday. He scored 18 points, pulled down 12 rebounds and shot 53% from the field. He has started the past two games and is also a good source for blocks.
